Mt. Lebanon Complete Home Upgrade:

Re-wired the finished basement in 6500 sq. ft. house. Also upgraded the kitchen, breakfast room, powder room and 3 bathrooms. Project included recessed lighting, exhaust fans, under-counter lighting, phone and cable wiring.

Squirrel Hill Kitchen Addition:

1200 sq. ft. addition to home. This job entailed complete wiring for the addition. Job included wiring for all appliances, heating/cooling system, 1 main electrical panel, 2 sub-panels, steam shower wiring, electric window blinds, recessed lighting, under-counter lighting, interior and exterior lighting. In addition, installed all of the new cable and phone lines for this project.

Downtown Pittsburgh Apartment Upgrade:

Remodeling of bathroom, kitchen and lighting throughout a 1200 sq. ft. apartment. Includes recessed lighting, adding receptacles, moving phone and cable lines.

Fox Chapel House Re-wiring/Generator Installation:

Wired a newly remodeled 4000 sq. ft. home. Project included re-wiring of kitchen, breakfast area, master bathroom, walk-in closet, deck, landscape lighting and backup generator.

Sewickley Pool House:

Complete wiring of brand new 1400 sq. ft. pool house, including full kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living room, dining area and sleeping area. Additionally, wired all electric and lighting for in-ground pool and hot tub. Also installed outdoor landscape lighting.
